Hunter | 7 months

Height & Weight:  16 pounds

Eating: Oatmeal/ fruit in the morning, veggies afternoon, and sometimes an evening veggie and lots of mommy milk.

Sleeping (naps):  2-3 naps per day

Sleeping (at night):  He gets up 1-2 times or not at all til 5 am.

Clothing:  Size 3 diapers soon to be size 4.   Size 6-9 month clothing

New this month: Sitting up.  Almost crawling.

Hunter likes:  His new jumper that goes in the door frame.

Hunter dislikes: Being tired.

Height & Weight: 15 pounds and ***

Eating: We started purreed baby foods this month.  Butternut squash, peas, green beans, and oatmeal.  Still having 3 bottles at daycare and nursing while we are together.

Sleeping (naps):  Hunter still takes an AM nap, afternoon nap, and sometimes skips the evening - just depends on his mood!

Sleeping (at night):  He is now sleeping pretty well! Phew.  He usually gets up once around midnight and sleeps again until 4-5 am.

Clothing:  Size 3 diapers.   Sizde 6 month clothing.  9 month fits bit is a little loose.

New this month: Grabbing my face all the time.  He is almost sitting up on his own, but not quite.  He loves kicking the water around in his bathtub.

Nicknames: I still call him "the baby" all the time.  Or "my baby". :)

Hunter likes:  His exersaucer.  He has a jumparoo type toy at daycare that is his favorite.  He tries to jump in our home exersaucer and he gets a little mad it won't let him bounce also!  He still likes his baby einstein play radio.  We started playing Rock a Bye Baby station on pandora which he likes to fall asleep listening to the rock song lullabies!

Hunter dislikes: Naps.  He won't nap unless he is held, rocked, or nursed!

We moved into our new home at the end of October.

Hunter | 5 months

Height & Weight: 13 pounds 12 ounces

Eating: Every 3-4 hours

Sleeping (naps):  2-3 naps during the day/daycare

Sleeping (at night):  We had serious sleep regression this month! I can only remember one night he "slept through the night" which in baby terms means 6 hours straight.  He wakes up on a good night 2x and a not-so-good night 4 times.

Clothing:  6 month clothing.  3 month clothing hardly fits! size 2-3 diapers depending on brand.  He even fits in some 9 month clothing!

New this month: Grabbing both feet.  All.the.time.  "Happy baby" yoga pose.  He rolls both ways (has been for awhile) but does it much more often and faster.

Nicknames: Forrest continually calls him "little peanut" :)

Hunter likes:  Toys! They finally hold his attention and he loves to play!

Hunter dislikes: The hour from 8pm - 9pm we have had some serious crying and meltdowns!

Hunter | 4 months

Height & Weight: 13 pounds at urgent care 2 days ago with clothes on!

Eating: Every 3 - 3.5 hours

Sleeping (naps):  Hunter still typically takes 3 naps during the day, mid morning, mid afternoon, and evening.

Sleeping (at night):  We haven't had the best month of sleep due to day care germs :)

Clothing:  3-6 month clothes fit well, 6 month clothes are barely loose!  Most items he is wearing are all our 6 month size.  He wears size 2 diapers still, but size 3 isn't far away.

New this month: Yesterday I'm pretty sure he grabbed his feet for the first time.  At least the first time I saw it!  This weekend was his first fever, ear infection, and day care visit.  Boo!

Nicknames: The little man.  His day care teacher calls him hunny something.  She has a nickname for everyone and I think she is still trying to come up with something that starts with "h".

Hunter likes:  Cuddling with mama when he has a fever.  Bath time, being outside, attention.

Hunter dislikes: When he is hungry but I change his diaper first!
